1. All insurance-related funds, including down payments, monthly installments, or endorsements, must be supported by a pre-signed receipt and monetary value. These payments are to be made exclusively into our officially designated accounts under our name, including transfers. 
2. Our sales and support teams are not authorized to provide alternative accounts, as only FINO Services LLC, our affiliated financial portals, or self-financed insurance companies are permitted. 
3. We do not request payments via other methods, currency exchange firms, Zelle payments to third parties, or any payments to entities beyond our authorized accounts, the financial institution associated with your insurance contract, or the insurance company itself.
4. Our approved payment methods include: FINO Services LLC’s Bank of America account for account payments, deposits, and transfers. Your monthly installments will be processed through the portal of each financial institution under which your policy is active.
5. Any installment requiring manual processing will be done directly by our agents at the financial institution or our authorized bank account. 
6. You have the right to request a corresponding receipt immediately upon any debiting of your account, which may be necessary for any future claims. 
7. If you have inquiries about payments, payment methods, or any concerns, please contact our direct hotline at 469-778-5445.
8. After clarifying our authorized accounts and channels, we hold no liability for any loss that may arise from not following this recommendation or for funds collected on our behalf by third parties through unauthorized means other than those mentioned above.
9. To facilitate and enhance the security of managing your accounts, we recommend activating automatic payments for your monthly installments with your financial institution.
